Hi! My name is Callie White and this is my seventh year of teaching. Last year I taught first grade at Hilton Elementary in Michigan. I am so excited to be joining the Panthers at Fernwood Elementary. Prior to teaching first and second grade at Hilton, I taught the first and second grade magnet class at Spencer. During my first year of teaching, I taught first grade at Dolsen Elementary in South Lyon. I began my teaching career in Brighton as a student teacher in third grade at Hawkins Elementary. In 2014, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University. While I was there, I was a double major, I studied Elementary Education as well as Integrated Elementary Science. We are going to have a wonderful time this year and I can’t wait to get to know every member of our classroom community.
